Free Range Turkeys for Christmas

Our pasture raised Free Range Turkeys are available to order NOW. With collection just before Christmas, on the 23rd December 9am-6pm or delivery by courier on request depending on location. All our livestock is reared on the ancient parkland of the Rougham Estate, Bury St. Edmunds.

Our slow growing Traditional Free Range Bronze Turkeys forage during daylight hours outside in ancient parkland of the Rougham Estate. At night, they are closed in naturally ventilated barns with plenty of space to roam and express natural behaviour.

The welfare of our turkeys is very important to us, they are given fresh homegrown straw each day, no antibiotics are fed and they always have fresh clean drinking water to keep them very healthy and happy birds.

To provide optimal flavour that remains moist when cooked, they are hand dry-plucked and hung for a minimum of 10 days before being expertly prepared and individually boxed.
